Begin by forming the lotus posture comfortably sitting down, or sit in a chair with arms gently enfolded in your lap.

As you relax, visualize your higher I AM self manifesting as pure spirit, manifesting above and slightly to the right of your body See your I AM self slowly come into oneness with your earthly form, allow this part of you to enter into your being fully and completely, and say “I allow every part and particle of my I AM self to slowly integrate into oneness with me, and I feel the higher vibration of my I AM self infuse every atom, cell and electron of my physical, mental, and emotional bodies with the pure white light energy of ascension’s flame.”

Now feel the tingling of your crown chakra as the light enters and flows downward through to your third eye chakra, clearing away all mistiness and lack of clear vision (pause); then visualize the light continuing to descend into your throat, clearing all misuse of the spoken word from times past (pause). Now see the light continue onward to your heart chakra, where you feel this love essence of your Presence infusing your heart with pure love. Feel how deeply your Presence loves you; KNOW it is true, know that your I AM has loved you forever and has prayed for this day to come for a long time. Let this intense love of your I AM self envelop you and free your from all past hurts and pains as they gently dissolve in the love of this I AM Presence (pause). Affirm “I AM my most beloved.”

Next, see this brilliant white light continue downward into your solar plexus chakra, bringing a calming influence and deep sense of peace into your soul. Remain in this deep sense of peace for a moment, feeling comfort’s flame easing your anxieties and fears. (Pause) Next, visualize the light descending to your seat of the soul chakra, where it encircles all past traumas and soul memories of past lives with the brilliant white light, bringing all past memories into the higher truths of the I AM understandings. (Pause) Slowly see the light continuing it’s descent into the base of your spine chakra, where it moves and swirls slowly around, clearing out any misuse of this base chakra, and bringing your base back into alignment with purity’s ray and flame. Allow this light at the base to calmly receive and transmute any lingering pains and lack of love into the pure perfection of the Christ consciousness.

Now see this light gathering strength, preparing for the ascent back to its source, blazing and expanding in its desire to return to its source. Slowly the light begins to ascend back through all of the chakras, gaining momentum as it goes, through the seat of the soul…the solar plexus…the heart…back into the throat…the third eye…and the crown chakra, fully back up to your I AM self, reuniting your soul with your I AM in a magnificent coming together in oneness of the two as one. Say and affirm it now: “Ascend O light of my Presence. Ascend back into oneness with my I AM self. Ascend to unite with the fullness of my being, one in light, one in I AM, one as one.” (Pause)

Slowly see your I AM Presence continue to settle deeper into your Being, and be fully aware that you are now able to receive more of your I AM into your heart and being after this clearance and cleansing of my chakras and soul.

In full oneness with your I AM self, say the following words slowly in quiet contemplation:

I AM Thee and Thou Art Me (3x)
